I battled with being overweight most of my life.  My weight went up and down with diet and exercise, but I never succeeded in keeping it off. I was 100 pounds overweight, I'd developed high blood pressure, borderline cholesterol and borderline diabetes, and I said to myself, 'You are your patient and you better do something about it. I did.

We have created this website to help you understand what we do, and to provide practical and educational resources that will help you understand your options. We hope that you find them helpful.
